Because of the attention to detail that we like to give each cake, we are limited in how many orders we can take per week.  Two weeks is usually adequate for party cakes, but some weeks are busier than others, so as soon as you know your date, give us a call and we will be happy to add you to our calendar.  Please note that the more detailed/larger the cake, the more notice we need.  Also, larger or more detailed cakes may require a deposit.

For simple party cakes, we ask that you make arrangements to pick it up.  For larger cakes and cakes that may require onsite assembly, we do deliver.  Delivery within a 10 mile radius is complimentary, farther away will require a delivery fee.

Wedding cakes are so special, we like to strictly limit the number of orders for that weekend.  So the earlier the better!  Three to six months is usually plenty of time, but as soon as you know your date, you may schedule a consultation and tasting.

Yes! We would be happy to schedule a complimentary cake tasting appointment with you.  You will be offered at least 3 flavors to taste as well as samples of our buttercream and fondant.  Tasting appointments are limited to wedding and party cakes of 100 servings or more.  

Your consultation will last abour an hour.  To make the most of our time, please bring along any pictures, sketches, or color swatches you may have.  It is helpful if you know approximately how many guests you wish to prepare for, as well as your cake budget. 

Consultations and tastings are limited to yourself and 3 guests.  Since this appointment can be lengthy, we don’t recommend bringing children as a commercial facility is not a very entertaining place for them to try to sit quietly while mom/dad conduct a business meeting. 

This can sometimes be a difficult task!  Our rule of thumb is 60% of your guest list.  However, many factors can affect this, so we will help you arrive at a reasonable estimate. 

That is not a problem. If you live in Sulphur, Lake Charles, DeRidder or other surrounding areas, I would be happy to bring my portfolio and meet you at a coffee shop or other public place where we can visit. 

If you are interested in full service catering, we recommend you book as soon as you know your date.  We only offer limited caterings for any given date, so the earlier we have you booked the better.

All caterers price their services differently and published or emailed quotes can be misleading.  So in order to give you a figure that will accurately reflect your total price, we like to sit down and discuss your event.  Of course, this is a complimentary, no-obligation-to-buy appointment.  If merely helps us and you understand what services we provide and what your total cost will be. 

The administrative charge helps cover the costs of doing business: office staff, utilities, office supplies, day to day operations, insurance, etc.  So while a catering contract may show a break down of the event elements and their costs, the service charge helps cover the cost of the hours needed to prep and plan the event.

THIS IS NOT A GRATUITY!!!

There is a minimum $200 travel charge if your event is outside a 30 mile perimeter. If your event is farther than that, please ask about charges for your event location.
